About Us
Pass The Property was established by Parminder and Harminder Chana two engineers, with university education from Leeds. As travelers, they preferred Airbnb over hotels during their adventures because it’s apparently cheaper. However they encountered some poorly-managed accommodations along the way. Drawing upon their experience in property management, they decided to create Pass The Property to support hosts across the country.
With a focus on serviced accommodation, their approach revolves around the idea of “Let Us Handle It For You” aiming to optimise opportunities on Airbnb.

Meet Our Team
Parminder Chana
Director / Founder
Civil Engineering Graduate, Parminder has always been passionate about property and managed to secure his first property soon after graduating university. Since then he has built a diverse property portfolio and sourcing service. The tax changes and increase of property prices in the last few years encouraged Parminder to find a way to maximise rental yields and make the properties he owned work harder for him. Serviced Accommodation seemed a no-brainer, after successfully managing his own properties he realised that there was a need for a Nationwide Serviced Accommodation Company and Pass The Property was born.
Harminder Chana
Director / Co Founder
Chemical Engineering, Graduate. After 18 months travelling the world and staying in numerous Airbnb's, he decided he wanted to settle down and set up Pass The Property with his brother - the first Serviced Accommodation Company nationwide.
Harminder has a wealth of knowledge within the Serviced Accommodation market and wanted to provide something different to other companies; a truly bespoke service to each client.
Raj Singh
Client Acquisition Manager
Raj's journey in the property industry began in his early teens, where he actively participated in his family's real estate businesses that spanned across commercial and residential properties. Over the years, he gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field. Today, Raj is deeply involved in sourcing various properties for a diverse group of investors, specialising in rent-to-rent properties, buy-to-let investments, and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) throughout the country.
In addition to his property sourcing ventures, Raj has successfully built a robust portfolio of personal rent-to-rent properties. He has also taken on the role of a sales manager, collaborating with Pass the Property, where he plays a pivotal role in assisting both UK and international investors with their onboarding process and acquisitions of high end luxury serviced accommodation properties across to country.
Ethan Clayton
Director / Co Founder
Ethan began his journey into property back in 2018, commencing his career as an Estate Agent specialising in the Sales sector. Through his interactions with numerous accomplished property investors and esteemed clientele, he discovered a genuine passion for the field of property. After teaming up with Harminder at Pass The Property, he now sources highly profitable serviced accommodations for rent (RR) and purchase (Buy2SA). He's also building a portfolio of luxury holiday-style properties across the UK. Stay tuned for Ethan's remarkable journey!
Aneta Hawrot
Operations Manager
Meet Aneta, our Operations Manager and Interior Design Project Manager. Her property journey began with buying her first property on her 24th birthday. Over the years, she managed 40 tenants while living in Ireland. Aneta's dedication led her to self-finance her projects. Despite working in the education sector, her true passion was in properties.
She joined Pass the Property as our first cleaner and developed a strong bond with the team. Aneta transitioned her career to the property industry, establishing a successful letting business.
Collaborating with PTP, she realised the potential of serviced accommodation. After two years of working closely, Aneta now serves as Operations Manager, utilising her exceptional skills and experience to contribute to PT's success.
Tom Kit Wilson
